If one thing has become clear during this time, it’s that nothing is more important than community. Caring for one another. Keeping each other safe. As we move through this difficult stretch, we want you to know what The Lakes is doing for its residents, its visitors and for those of you who need to continue your search for a new home.
First, we’ve temporarily closed the Lake Club and have postponed our calendar of community events. When it is determined that it’s safe for all of us to get back together, we’ll let you know about upcoming events. (Just think how sweet that’s going to be.)
If you’re looking for a new home, most of our builder offices and model homes will stay open during their regular hours but with a number of steps being taken to create a clean, safe environment. Each of our models is being sanitized frequently. And surfaces such as handles and doorknobs are receiving extra attention. Here are the current office hours for our builders:

Landmark Homes – Open, office hours vary:

Should our builder hours change, we will keep our website up to date. You can also contact your builder directly before you stop by. And of course we ask that if you’re experiencing symptoms, even mild ones, you work with your builder online and over the phone until you’re sniffle-free. Go here to explore our home collections.
Here’s to a healthy home. A healthy community. And, above all, a healthy you.
