Built to fill the desire of town and country, The Lake Club is a place for family, friends and neighbors to gather and live life differently.

Thoughtfully designed with indoor and outdoor spaces, The Lake Club creates balance with the beautiful Colorado mountains as a backdrop while hosting friends and family for an indoor celebration or outdoor rendezvous. The clubhouse is equipped with a stunning floor‑to‑ceiling, double‑sided fireplace that invites residents inside to curl up to on a snowy afternoon with a cup of hot cocoa or venture outside to enjoy the ambience of a summer evening with all of the fixings for a classic s’more.

Inside the Lake Club is a demonstration kitchen available for residents to show off their culinary skills or learn some new tips and tricks in a cooking class. With portable lounge furniture, The Lake Club can be arranged to accompany up to 50 guests for a special event or rearranged to a cozier setting to look through the picturesque windows with an old (or new) friend at the incredible lake and mountain views. The expansive work space available is a great place for residents that are able to work remote with Loveland, Colorado jobs to switch up their scenery or for the kids to complete their homework after coming home from the High Plains School.

Residents of all ages looking to get their heart rates up can join the neighborhood fitness clubs that include activities like running, sports, barre fitness and more!
