To describe the spacious, semi-custom Bridgewater Homes at The Lakes at Centerra, we’d like to introduce a new word to the English language: lakation. It has two definitions: (1) a location that’s really close to a lake; and (2) a vacation or vacation-like experience that occurs on or near a lake. Considering these two meanings—and the fact that these very special homes are mere steps from Houts Reservoir, and living in one will feel like a perpetual lakeside vacation—we can say that Bridgewater Homes has a lakation and is a lakation.
