DUE TO CONCERNS OVER THE RECENT SPREAD OF COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS), THE LOVELAND CLASSIC RACE ORGANIZER, GREEN EVENTS, PLANS TO POSTPONE THE RACE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE TO HELP PRESERVE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY, LOOKING TENTATIVELY AT AN EARLY SUMMER DATE.
The Loveland Classic enters its 44th year with a continued celebration and focus on the local community. The event has cheered thousands of participants as they cross the finish line & raised over $99,500 in the past 15 years to support early childhood education in Loveland. Enjoy a beautiful scenic run or walk around the Lakes at Centerra with a mix of paved bike path & solid smooth dirt path. Perfect for running or walking and no problem for those with running strollers or kids.

9:30 am – 5k Start
10:15 am – FREE Kids 1-Mile
“Broken 15k” Category: Run both the 10k and 5k races!
“Broken 15k” – with this option you get to run both the 10k and 5k races with a short rest in between. Register for this category and you need to be able to finish the 10k in less than 90 minutes, when you finish you get to rest for the amount of time between your 10k finish and the start of the 5k. Then line up at the 5k Start and run the 5k! Your times for each race will be included in the 10k and 5k results and eligible in each individual race for awards.
